Favorite Training Distance

Toss-up between 10K and Half Marathon race distances as my favorites.
Each training distance from 5K to Marathon goals are completely enjoyable to me. I embrace them all. BUT, my early morning 10 miler with mile repeats and strides mixed in is the one I look forward to the most. I do this with a good friend of mine from work. We meet there (at the Y) and GO! Then we come back and work! (I teach a HIIT class and/or a cycling class afterwards).
